Abdul Hakeem Khan

Justice Abdul Hakeem Khan was a former governor of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.^[1].He belongs to Baffa, the largest Union Council of District Mansehra. He was a a close associate of General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq.
